Today, I felt a bit ‘okay ‘.

At breaktime, I went with my friends instead of going to the toilet and lock myself . After breaktime, a person called Harry said ‘You dropped something’ and I said ‘what?’. He did this sign and tried to give me a high five and said he wasn’t gonna do I anyways! IDIOT!!

I told a teacher about this problem about me in the toilet and I am going to continue on Monday.

This post is VERY short. Hopefully, on Monday, I can update about this!

Today was kind of a weird day for me.

At breaktime ( at like 10:30 ) I ran to the toilet. Why? I took a long stare at myself in the mirror.

‘Why do people make fun of me?’ I wondered.

In the mirror, I said aloud, ‘ I look really beautiful Mashallah’ I didn’t care who was listening or what their thoughts were at all. For once, I actually ignored and said good things about myself!

Then, it was time to go back to class!

At lunchtime, I ate and went back to the toilet. I stayed there for the entire time, staring at myself. Lots of people came to see if I was alright and I just said ‘Yes I’m okay ‘. I just wanted to be by myself, even though it was a PUBLIC toilet!!

I felt really good because no one was with me to judge me and I got to say how I really felt.

I know it may sound weird. Me, talking to MYSELF in the toilet. But, I liked it. I said how I felt aloud and no one was there!

In Islam, ladies are encouraged to wear a hijab. It is so that your hair doesn’t show, neither your chest. At a certain age, people might wear a scarf because when they get older, their body starts to change. When you wear a scarf, you cannot take it off.

‘Mahram’. When you wear a scarf, you can only show it to certain people.

You can show your hair to your: Mum, Dad, Siblings, Auntie, Uncle, Cousins ( I hate showing my hair to my cousins 😆),

You can’t show your hair to: Dad’s Cousins, Grandparents from both parents, strangers, male people that are not related

What does Islam mean to me?

Islam is the meaning of ‘ peace ‘. It is a true religion ( That is what we believe I’m so sorry if u have offended you in any way ).

We worship one God, Allah. We believe Allah made everything in the Universe! In Islam, stands the Five Pillars of Islam: Shahadah, Salaah, Zakaah, Sawm, Hajj!

Shahadah: The second Kalimah: ‘There is none worthy of worship except Allah. And I bear witness Muhammad SAW is Allah’s messenger. ‘It is basically saying that Allah is the only God.

Salaah: There are 5 daily prayers. Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Esha/ Isha. We have to worship God by praying everyday.

Zakaah: Zakaah is giving money to the poor and charity. It shows us not to be greedy by giving things to people who need it more.

Sawm: Sawm is Arabic for ‘ Ramadan ‘. Ramadan, or should I say Sawm, is the month where you fast from day till Maghrib. It shows us how hungry the people are out in the world with no food, water, NOTHING. Allah gives us more reward!

Hajj: Once in a lifetime, we should go to Hajj to do pilgrimage. We are also supposed to go to Zirah, the Prophet Muhammads SAW’s grave.

I remember, when I was young, I didn’t know why we had to read the Quran. Once I went to mosque, I realised why and now I am reading the Quran by heart allhamdulilia!

Also, recently, I took an interest in wearing hijab to look nice. But, my mum told me we can’t wear hijab to look cool. I asked why. She said I had to know the real meaning of wearing a scarf. That is going to be my next post by the way!!

Today, I went to a family wedding!

This morning, I woke up at 9:10 am, exhausted, yet exhilarated, since it was my Uncle’s wedding! I ate my breakfast faster, but carefully so I wouldn’t choke lol. For my breakfast, I had two bread with choco spread ( lol I don’t know if you find this interesting ).

Excitedly, I got dressed into my amazing dress I got from London. Since I was getting older, I wore a choker, large earrings, a ring bracelet and put make up on. I was so excited to go!

Later than we imagined, we arrived in a rush to the wedding that attended in Tooting, Royal Mahal Banquet! 😀

As soon as I came out of the car with my lovely family, I spotted my FAVE cousin, Fuldi, along with my other family members.

All of us gazing and chattering with eachother, we all spotted the groom, in a black car, with his family!

Enjoying every moment, we all proudly walked into the hall, with our head held high!

We sat together in separate tables.

Loving the room, we soon had lunch. Man was the lunch great!! ( it was hehe )

We saw the Bride walk into the room with her people lol ( the fact I did people )

After a long while, we sag and took pictures as a family! I loved seeing my Uncle happy! They ( the Groom And Bride ) put rings on eachother, smiling into eachothers eyes.

At like 4 something, it was time to leave to go! We went to Kent to stay for one day!

Now..what will happen next?

I’m not skinny but I’m not that fat as well and people say I’m really fat.

I wear glasses and people say I don’t look attractive! Like what! I don’t wear glasses to be attractive!!

Is being a little different a bad thing?

In School, I am very different. I am fierce at one point but sometimes I stop talking. I have a different shape face from everyone.

Sometimes, I wish I was the same as everyone! I wish I never had a face shape like what I have right now! I think that didn’t make sense. 😕

I need help. Seriously, I need help.

When I grow up, I want to be a Footballer. But, something is stooping me. Well, I wouldn’t day someTHING, SOMEONE!

I am very good at Football. Some people disagree! I actually participated in the Best Girls Merton Football Competition! And we won! I was the goalkeeper. I’m good at that role 😆.

The boys say I can’t join playing at lunchtimes. There is this one guy, Fauzan, he let’s me play and says I can be the goalkeeper 😏

I have won many competitions for Bond and I might be better than the boys!!

Sometimes, saving yourself from trouble can not always be that easy.

Once, on a Wednesday, after lunch, the other teacher class came in to my classroom and said she needed me and Aizel. I was doing something with my teacher so she called Aisel first. When I went, I was confused. I WAS ACCUSED OF BULLYING!!! I have NEVER bullied no one in my life!!! I was crying.

Basically, my friend Aizel and someone else called Eysan had a huge fight and somehow Aizel got me dragged into it.

My parents were angry but confused of why I GOT INTO TROUBLE!!

On that night, my mum told me something. Something which I should’ve done before! ‘Sarina, you should’ve defended yourself so you can save yourself from trouble ‘. Thing is that I didn’t do anything wrong. I got accused JUST because my friend did something to Eysan!

I still regret it, even from this day.

Like what the heck! Also, a boy called Fauzan said ‘ You are so annoying! Why do keep following me?’ ( Fuldi I am sure you know what I mean )!

People are bad in the world. They make opinions based on how you look and act.

I act fierce and brave! At a point, I am shy can’t talk at all. I look nice, to me. But, other people think I look ugly and fat and act stupid and look like.. never mind.

It can tick people off when they hear bad opinions about themselves. But, it is a OPINION! It is just what people say based on what they think of you. It is not true
